1.板材開裂：

3.防火板彎翹：

（1）各種原紙組織成分厚薄不均勻；（2）膠膜紙含膠量不均勻，各處壓力不一致；（3）壓制過程中高溫后未能進(jìn)行充分冷卻

解決的方法：（1）各種原紙應(yīng)符合工藝要求；（2）保持樹脂濃度均勻，調(diào)整擠壓軸的間隙；（3）冷卻到50°以下在進(jìn)行卸壓
